    Activity Date: Thursday, January 28, 2021 - 08:00 UTC
    Duration: 60 min
    Brief Description:

Moro self-determination is one of the long-standing popular issues in the Southern Philippines. The country has seen decades of arbitration, conflict, and negotiation between the Philippine government and various Moro, Christian, and Indigenous organizations in order to reach a genuine peace built on respect, cooperation, and mutual recognition for the various peoples in the island of Mindanao.

With Mindanao People's Caucus Secretary General Atty. Mary Ann Arnado, this forum aims to discuss the progress, challenges, and potential paths forward for the Bangsamoro transition process as a project that aims to address the roots of the decades-long unrest in the region.
